Couldn’t resist More to come….

Couldn’t resist More to come….

I’ve been meaning to get these up a lot sooner, but life with a new baby has been busy AND, I’m loving every minute of it! I forgot how much I love newborns. I should have known right!? I love photographing them and, personally, I thought that I had it made, I could cuddle them for a few hours and then send them home and I was good. Not until after we had Ila did I realize that I have forgotten what it was like to have my own newborn and the incredible bond and love that is between a mom and her baby. I’m seriously in Heaven! I feel like this little girl was a huge miracle after all we have been through and we are truly grateful for our 2 beautiful girls!!! As of right now, we are treating her as our last baby because of some complications from this pregnancy. I don’t know if we can have more or not, it’s really in the Lord’s hand. So she is being extra spoiled. She loves to cuddle and trust me, she gets TONS of cuddle time.
The c-section went well. It was really weird just walking into the hospital and a couple of hours later having a baby without any labor. The surgery was different then I remember with my other daughter but I attribute that to the fact of not having labored for over 30 hours and pushing for 3 more. Needless to say, I didn’t remember much of that surgery other than being utterly exhausted. This time around was much easier!
So here she is…weighing 7lbs 15oz and 19.5 inches long……

Some Cuddle time with Big Sister!

I will be posting pictures of her Nursery soon!
After Kylee and Nick’s Maternity session, I couldn’t wait for this little guy to come! What a joy he was to photograph. He was by far my easiest baby I’ve ever photographed. He stayed asleep the entire time and for a bonus didn’t pee on a single blanket….a record! Baby S is as adorable as they come. He is well loved by his parents and from what I hear, his grandparents as well. I love being able to cuddle all my newborns. It’s the best job in the world! I can’t wait for our 6 month session!

There is nothing sweeter and more fulling, with my job, than being able to photograph newborns. This little angel was only 7 days old and more precious than words. She has the most beautiful head of hair. She, even at only 7 days old, already has such a cute personality and really wasn’t up for too much sleeping. She wanted to be apart of all the fun! Although her Mom told me later that we really wore her out with all the pictures because she slept and slept after our session. My daughter LOVES looking at all the baby pictures and literally makes oohs and awws sounds when I show them to her. She just adores them as much as I do. I have to say though, she is a little biased when it comes to girl babies…she plays favoritism.
She just loves this little J!

With the launch of my new and exciting look and business, I haven’t been able to post as many sessions as I would love…but here is one that had to be posted. She was only 4 days old and was my easiest newborn session by far. She slept almost the entire time and let me put her in so many cute poses. We had such a wonderful time! Are you baby hungry?

Sorry for the long absence! I have been working my tale off with some new and exciting things up and coming along with photo sessions. I can’t wait to reveal!
More than one anxious person is waiting for this sneak peek…so here is all the glorious cuteness! This sweetie was only 6 days old and oh so perfect! Each and every time I photograph a newborn it makes me sooo baby hungry! I’ve had the privileged of photographing this family numerous times and I look forward to every time we get together. I love you guys!

These two kids are just adorable and make my heart sing when I look at their pictures. Their Mom has amazing taste in clothing and all I could think during the session was “how cool is this!” Their family came to my home to hang out with me for a few hours, even Dad, who I have to say is one of the most patient and kind Dad I have worked with. I just love you guys!
What a darling little girl! Her pictures tuned out amazing! She was a joy to photograph and her family welcomed me right into their home. Her Mom couldn’t look more gorgeous, especially after just having a baby.
Her Mom was so cute…she even painted her cute little toes!
As I was going through my editing…I came across this picture and it made me laugh. This cutie pie wanted nothing to do with laying down for the feet shot. So, here she is amongst all these feet looking completely adorable! Sometimes it’s those shots that are unplanned that turn out to be my favs!
