So, it’s been 3 years since I’ve had a real family session done for myself.  Yes, I know shocking right!!!  We’ve just had so many unexpected trials pop up that has prevented us from having our pictures done, so this year was going to be my year!  My friend Sara and I traded sessions this year.  I LOVE how they turned out and can’t wait to hang them all over my home.  I am going huge!  Like 30×40 huge over my living room couch.  I will have to post a picture when it’s all done.  I hope all of you have a Merry Christmas! It’s been such a blessed year for our family.  It’s going to be so fun having our little one celebrating her first Christmas.  We’ve waited so long for this!  A day never goes by when I don’t feel so lucky to have my 2 girls.  How wonderful it is to have these family pictures to capture our family.  Thank you Sara!

In my 5 years of photographing families, I have never come across a family that was so easy and fun to photograph. They really made my job way too easy.  I honestly could have photographed them all day!  They are all beyond adorable and I just love them!  Enjoy their feature!

With the cold and flu’s going around, it’s been a bit crazy over here at my house.  We are finally at the end of it all….I hope!  I’m also having a moment of panicked stress that I haven’t even started my Christmas shopping yet!  Last year I was so good and had it all done before Halloween, but oh well, I usually find it more fun anyways when it actually feels like Christmas when I’m shopping.

I’m also loving all my clients this year!  This family was so easy and wonderful to work with.  The kids did so great and made my job so easy.  How could they not!, they are so cute!  I love all the family interaction and love they have.  This is my favorite thing to capture.  Enjoy!

So, I’m sad to say that I’m fully booked for 2011.  I am currently scheduling into January.  Please let me know soon if you would like to book a session after the holidays.

It’s been such a good year and it’s been so wonderful to be back doing what I love!  Thank you to all of my wonderful clients!  I love you all!

Can I just say how gorgeous this family is!  I’ve known Mom since high school and I just love her and her family.  What a great job I have to be able to work with families I know and love as well as meet so many new ones!  I love it! I also really love how these turned out.  This has been one of my favorite locations to shoot at lately.

Yes, it’s true…2 posts in one week!  Tis the season!

This family was full of energy and really kept me on my toes.  I loved it!  I absolutely adore this little girl’s red hair.  I can’t wait for Ila’s to grow in more.  My fingers are crossed that she keeps her red hair.

Warning,!  There is a TON of pictures in this post, because honestly I couldn’t pick just a few, and what can I say, I’m a proud Mom!  I did these pictures on different days and thought I would do part 1, 2, and 3 but knowing my blogging reputation these days, with it being my busy season, I thought I better do them all now or else it just won’t happen.

I wanted to make sure that I not only captured her cuteness at 6 months, but I wanted her sister in on it too, becuase I’m in awe of their bond they have together.  It makes me smile seeing them together.  I’m so happy that Ashlee has finally had her wish come true, a sister.  It was a long wait, but well worth it.

Don’t you just LOVE the colors and outfits!  This family nailed it!  It makes a HUGE difference when the outfits look soooo good!  I know it’s a ton of work putting it all together, trust me I know personally how hard it is, but it’s really worth the effort.

So, yes once again I’m on here apologizing for my rare blog posts.  I’m in full Christmas season crazy and I’m trying to be more committed to blogging my amazing sessions!

Baby M was such a trooper!  We had to shoot this in the early morning because the 100+ weather is too much for anyone especially my little ones!  He did a great job despite the muggy and humid weather.

I can’t believe she is already 3 months old.  I feel like time has accelerated.  She is growing way to fast and learning new things daily.  She’s already smiling, laughing, talking, rolling over, and has just now started grabbing for things in front of her.  It’s so fun to watch her put her little fist up and once she touches whatever she’s grabbing for, she slowly opens her little fingers to try and hold on to it. As she concentrates really hard, her eyes get really big and serious.  I just adore her.  I’m always so excited when nap time is over and we can play.  I’m even guilty of taking her out of her crib just so I can snuggle her while she’s sleepy.  I’m so grateful for pictures so that I can always remember my children, being children, because they will be adults way quicker than I want.
